Key Responsibilities

Identifying Opportunities: Gather, synthesize, visualize and analyze client information utilizing research, interviews, workshops and analytic tools.

Defining Client Needs: Identify and articulate business requirements so that we and the client understand and agree on what needs to change to take advantage of the opportunities.

Driving Insights: Drive strategic insights and actionable implications, determining the most practical way to drive lasting results for our clients.

Designing the Future: Work with the client to design new business processes, technology requirements, and the plan for how we bring these changes to life.

Guiding our Clients: Define the impact of the changes and the steps we will take to help the leaders, employees, customers and others adapt quickly to the new way of doing things.

Building Capabilities: Help clients build the capabilities they need for growth, innovation and sustainable high performance.

Experience, Attributes And Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above with an expected graduation date in 2025.

Majors from any discipline are welcome; business analysis, economics, data analysis, computer science, statistics, mathematics and engineering related majors and backgrounds are preferred.

Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).

Familiarity with cutting-edge technology and business information, with a

desire to develop and deepen skills in consulting.

Strong problem-solving skills, with a keen interest in professional growth and learning.

Ability to work collaboratively with different people, effectively articulating ideas to help teams or workgroups achieve their goals.

Proven ability to adapt, overcome obstacles to achieve and deliver results, with the courage and flexibility to undertake work responsibilities in different projects/locations.
