ROLE OVERVIEW
This role is focused on finding and developing new business opportunities. This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative firm where you can make an immediate impact and develop critical career skills. You will work closely with senior sales and executive management teams and will report to a senior sales director.
Responsibilities
- Research prospects: Identify new business opportunities (new accounts working with us for the first time OR current clients who could use additional services.
- Prospecting: Execute thoughtful and tailored outreach and follow ups to the identified prospects via calls, emails, conferences and other outreach medium.
- Schedule meetings: Coordinate and facilitate the scheduling and execution of a meeting between a senior sales member and the prospect. This includes setting up the calendar & virtual meeting, ensuring meeting logistics are prepared.
- Account management: Assist senior sales members with the sales process with the prospect. This may include client entertainment (e.g. dinners, happy hours and events).
- Manage CRM and internal data entry: Ensure details, notes, next steps and any relevant information is added to FINSIGHT’s CRM in a timely manner.
- Execute Meetings with Prospects and Clients: Lead product demonstrations and follow up meetings with the goal of transitioning accounts from prospects to client.
- Product Mastery: Deeply understand the FINSIGHT product suite, the use case for our tools and the workflows of our prospects and clients.
- Attend and prepare for industry conferences: Travel and represent FINSIGHT at industry conferences. You will also be responsible for preparing materials and executing outreach ahead of conferences.
- Client Onboarding: Help clients understand and use the FINSIGHT product suite. Keep clients aware of new features.
REQUIREMENTS
Hard Skills
- 1 to 2 years of sales experience
- 1 year of prospecting experience (e.g. cold call, send emails to new prospects)
- High proficiency in written and spoken English
- High proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft suite

COMPENSATION
- Base Salary (per year): $60,000 USD
- OTE (commissions + base salary): $78,000 USD
