Major Duties And Responsibilities
This study aims to examine the experiences of imported care workers in LTC facilities, with the goal of creating a comprehensive understanding of the factors that impact the recruitment and retention of staff in the LTC sector. It involves interviews with both imported and local LTC workers to identify factors influencing the experiences of imported care workers in LTC settings, and elucidate the complexities of the LTC workforce crisis.
The Appointee Is Required To Perform The Following Duties
- Conducting literature search;
- Assisting the research team in preparing literature reviews;
- Liaising with study sites for subject recruitment and data collection;
- Assisting the research team in conducting and transcribing interviews; and,
- Assisting the research team in analyzing interview findings
Candidates
Candidates Should Possess The Following Qualifications, Experience And Competence
- A recognized Bachelor’s degree or above;
- Proficient in MS Office Words, Excel, and PowerPoint; and,
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
Terms and Conditions for Appointment
Successful candidate will be appointed on a temporary part-time contract. Benefits will be provided in accordance with the statutory provisions.
