I am partnering with a renowned Auction House to seek part-time Client Service Ambassadors.

Your new role

  • Managing reception counter
  • Daily phone calls and email handling
  • Meeting Rooms booking handling and setup
  • Client account creation in system
  • Bids Registration in system
  • In-person payment preparation and update
  • RSVP for events

What you'll need to succeed

  • Able to work at least 3 working days per week during peak season, working schedule is negotiable.
  • Prior experience in customer service/ client advisor role is a must.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
