I am partnering with a renowned Auction House to seek part-time Client Service Ambassadors.
Your new role
Managing reception counter
Daily phone calls and email handling
Meeting Rooms booking handling and setup
Client account creation in system
Bids Registration in system
In-person payment preparation and update
RSVP for events
What you'll need to succeed
Able to work at least 3 working days per week during peak season, working schedule is negotiable.
Prior experience in customer service/ client advisor role is a must.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
