We are professional insurance brokers who represent clients, not insurance companies. We act as an intermediary between clients and insurance companies, helping the former find the solution that best suits their needs in terms of risk management practices and financial controls, balancing premiums against a recommended level of cover.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage renewal business and develop new business to achieve sales targets.
• Prospect and identify quality prospects, liaising with clients, insurers, and loss adjusters for daily business handling.
• Provide main support in P&C broking, including corporate risk and personal lines.
• Build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders
• Participate in and implement marketing and servicing plans, including various marketing activities.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE:

• Degree or diploma holder, with insurance qualifications to practice as an insurance broker in Hong Kong (i.e. IIQE Paper 1 & 2) is a must
• 5-8 years of experience in a similar role with the necessary insurance qualifications to practice as a broker in Hong Kong.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese; fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.
• Strong ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
• A good team player who is self-motivated, independent, and driven.
