Responsibilities

• Formulate business development goals and streamline sales strategies
• Identify and exploit new sales opportunities, especially in China market to achieve maximum profitability against mutually agreed sales targets
• Measure the performance of sales persons and liaise with overseas agents for capturing the overseas nomination market
• Establish long-term relationships with clients to enhance business potential
• Meet up with existing and potential clients regularly to explore new business
• Review existing solutions with clients and develop new solutions from End to End
• Generate sales leads through diverse channels and provide routing orders to overseas offices and agents
• Prepare quotations and proposals for clients
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree holder or above in Sales and Marketing management, Business or related disciplines , sound industry experience with tertiary education will also be considered
• Minimum 10 years of solid sales experience in Air Freight /Freight Forwarding related field
• Exposure in China market, including Shenzhen will be an advantage
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in verbal and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Energetic, independent, multi-tasking, result-oriented and self-motivated
• Visa holders of TTPS/QMAS are welcome
