Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Human Resources Officer to join our global HR team. This role encompasses a wide range of HR operational functions, including recruitment, payroll and leave administration, employee relations, performance management, and office administration. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with strong organizational skills and a passion for supporting the workforce to optimize their performance and engagement.



What Would Be Your Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Collaborate with HRBP Team to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding process.
  • Facilitate onboarding programs to ensure new employees are integrated smoothly into the organization.


Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts effectively.


Performance Management:

  • Support performance management processes, including setting objectives, providing feedback, and conducting appraisals.
  • Assist in developing performance improvement plans and managing related documentation.


Payroll & HR Administration:

  • Draft monthly payroll for HK office, MPF, taxation, leave management.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with legal regulations.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics to assist management in decision-making processes.
  • Manage HR databases and ensure data integrity.


Global HR Projects:

  • Initiate and lead global HR projects in areas including but not limited to talent review, performance management, training and development, and staff engagement.


Office Administration:

  • Oversee daily office operations, including office supplies management, vendor relationships, and facilities maintenance.
  • Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.



Policies and Compliance:

  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Ensure all HR practices are compliant with labor laws and regulations.



What We Require From You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in human resources in a dynamic business environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, HK employment law, and office administration.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR management software (e.g., HRIS).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
