MCG Talent have partnered with a luxury retail/hospitality brand to find a Business Development Manager to support their expansion into the SEA market.
What You Will Be Doing
Identify and land new business opportunities and partnerships to drive company growth.
Manage the P&L for new branch officers and take the overall ownership on the business execution for the branch.
Develop and execute business plan and model to drive expansion into new markets in SEA.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, influencers and clients in the region. Collaborate with headquarters’ cross-functional teams to tailor products and services to meet market demands.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Travel extensively within the assigned regions to meet clients and explore business opportunities.
Who We Are Looking For
At least 8 years of business development experience or related roles with international exposure; Clubhouse or retail management experience is a plus.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Entrepreneur spirit with highly motivated and can-do attitude, can also work independently and as part of the team in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel frequently to meet business objectives
