Company Overview: A prominent developer and operator of high-performance data centers in the Asia Pacific region is seeking a skilled Technical Specialist - BMS Control System (Data Center) to join their team. This company is a major player in the industry, with a significant presence across multiple countries and a strong focus on international expansion.

Position Summary: The Technical Specialist - BMS Control System be responsible for overseeing the design, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, system monitoring, optimization, and emergency response for data center control systems. This role requires a global perspective, with a particular emphasis on the APAC region.

Location: Hong Kong / Malaysia / Indonesia

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance on the design and installation of data center control systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative control solutions.
• Oversee the maintenance of control systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex issues to maintain operational continuity.
• Coordinate and execute repairs using advanced diagnostic tools.
• Implement comprehensive system monitoring protocols to identify potential issues.
• Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for system optimization and efficiency improvements.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in control systems for data center or mission critical environment.
• Proven track record of managing control systems in a regional/global context (APAC or more)
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency with control system software and hardware.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
