Position Responsibilities:

  • Brand Management: Develop and execute global brand strategies to enhance brand awareness and industry influence. Ensure brand consistency and shape a differentiated market positioning.
  • Social Media & Content: Lead operations on global social platforms (Twitter, Telegram, Discord) to boost user engagement and community activity. Oversee content teams to produce high quality materials (blogs, videos, whitepapers, etc.) that meet target audience needs.
  • PR & Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with global media outlets, KOLs, and industry communities to increase brand exposure. Manage crisis communications to safeguard brand reputation.
  • Campaigns & Events: Plan and execute online/offline initiatives (e.g., AMAs, airdrops, industry summits) to drive user growth and trading volume. Optimize campaign ROI and refine strategies through data-driven insights.
  • Team Management: Build and lead cross-functional marketing teams (brand, social media, content, events) to achieve objectives with operational efficiency.
  • Market Insights: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and user behavior to adapt strategies proactively.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years in marketing roles, with 3+ years focused on blockchain/cryptocurrency industries. Proven success in end-to-end brand, social media, content, PR, and event campaigns.
  • Core Skills: Proficient in English for business communication, content review, and public speaking engagements. Deep understanding of global blockchain markets (e.g., Europe, US, Southeast Asia) and regional user preferences.
  • Leadership: 3+ years managing teams with expertise in cross-department collaboration and goal-driven execution.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Track record of successful crypto exchange marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools: SEO, SEM, KOL partnerships, etc.
