Responsibilities:

  • Optimize each unit dollar to enlarge the overall trading efficiency in the most effective way
  • Working with planning & buying team on trading executions in daily basis
  • Building relationships with various working partners, including clients and vendors
  • Follow up on trading execution with planning team to ensure the delivery, set KPIs & goals
  • Day-to-day optimization and monitoring of campaigns, and ensure optimal delivery and performance
  • Troubleshooting programmatic trading and ad operations issues with third party vendors to ensure campaign delivery with achievement of KPIs.
  • Creating / generating creative trading ideas
  • Implementation of media plans including material follow up
  • Coordination with local & regional markets & reporting
  • Providing post-buy reports & learning and identifying potential opportunities and directions
  • Reporting for billing system monthly to ensure the revenue streamline


Requirements:

  • Some Intern experience with digital media agency is an advantage
  • Interested in managing digital ad campaigns, - display, video, mobile, ……
  • Passionate for programmatic trading, media & advertising
  • Enthusiastic and keen to learn about programmatic in general
  • Good English, Putonghua and interpersonal communication
  • Good team player / Positive ‘can-do” attitude
  • Detail-minded and able to work under pressure with limited turnaround time
  • Has a passion and curiosity for all things new and creative
  • Interested in different technology
  • Good PC skill, especially in excel, PowerPoint & internet operations, proficiency in full suite of Microsoft Office
  • Immediately availability is preferred
