Hong Kong Committee for UNICEF was founded in 1986 and was established as an independent non-government organization to support UNICEF’s mission.


The position is mainly responsible for the driving digital transformation across departments with the intention of further increasing operational effectiveness and efficiency. Projects cover payment gateways, banks, accounting and CRM systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reconciliation, system integration, and a solid understanding of coding to facilitate technical discussions and problem-solving so as to monitor the whole project lifecycle including UAT, Training, Implementations and Change Management activities.



Roles & Responsibilities


  1. Gather, validate and document business and system requirements, such as process flows, system mappings, and integration specifications.
  2. Propose solutions with the help of technical team, vendors and internal users.
  3. Facilitate discussions with different stakeholders and help business stakeholders make informed decisions, including solution evaluation and prioritization.
  4. Conduct UAT testing with different teams and support deployment of solutions.
  5. Proactively report status of project tasks and manage schedules.
  6. Identify opportunities for operational efficiency through data automation and workflow automation.
  7. Assist in managing cross-functional projects throughout the whole project lifecycle including budgeting and scheduling.



Requirements


  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems, Accounting or related disciplines
  2. Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, experience with accounting software is preferred
  3. Solid experience on CRM (D365), ERP and accounting systems is preferred
  4. Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
  5. Experience with managing payment gateways, workflow automation and website projects would be an advantage
  6. Can-do attitude and attention to details with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  7. Being proactive, creative, flexible and responsible
