Responsibilities

  • Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Product Roadmap: Assist in defining and prioritizing the product roadmap based on business goals and user needs. •
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and identify opportunities for innovation.
  • User Stories: Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the development team.
  • Design Thinking: Facilitate design thinking workshops to gather insights and define user needs.
  • Prototyping: Use Figma to create wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize requirements and gather early feedback.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Product Testing: Participate in product testing to ensure features meet business requirements and user expectations.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of product features, requirements, and processes.
  • Product Promotion: Act as an evangelist to promote low code platform and engagement with business stakeholders by organizing various engagement program, e.g. hackathon

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager.
  • Proficiency in using business analysis tools and techniques. Experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Aha!).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Experience with design tools like Figma.
  • Experience in Power Platform / OutSystems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles and practices
  • Product promotion and engagement event organization
