Job Responsibility:

• Use E-Commerce system and related software to process orders and coordinate with shipping team to ensure timely delivery
• Handle enquires through email, web chat, hotline and all online channels with professional communication skills
• Good organizational, problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Maintain smooth operation of online platform
• Assist in Ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above
• Minimum 1 year working experience
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Knowledge in computer applications e.g. Internet, Microsoft Office and Social Media platforms
• Immediately available is highly preferred

Fresh graduates with sound academic background will also be considered
