Responsibilities:

• Provide support in daily operations of the customer service counter and deliver quality services to residents/visitors
• Handle customers’ enquiries and complaints through phone, email, etc.
• Provide secretarial support to the team including preparation of notice, department related correspondences, etc.
• Coordinate and supervise estate events and work projects
• Assist in ad hoc tasks as required
• 4.5 work days per week on roster basis, working hours from 0800 to 2000

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Property / Estate Management, Hospitality Management or related disciplines
• At least 4 years relevant experience in property management or customer service field
• Cheerful, service-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong in drafting and summarising written content (in Chinese and English)
• Good commend in written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
• Proficient in PC skills in MS Office applications
• Need to work as scheduled in the event of inclement weather such as during typhoon and black rainstorm
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Customer Service Officer
