    Our client is a well-known IT Solutions Provider, they are looking for Senior / Network Enginner to join their big family.


    The Job

    • Provide Tier 2 network support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
    • Manage technical tickets for all incidents and network failures
    • Support various network devices and services (including routers, switches, and firewalls)
    • To liaise with internal department, vendor and customer for deliver managed service


    The Person

     

    • Higher Diploma in Networking, Computer Science, or related disciplines
    • With 4 years of experience in networking, Network Operation Center or related disciplines
    • Good knowledge in various brands of networking product and solution, such as Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Huawei, etc.
    • Holder with CCNA / CCNP
    • Familiar with ITIL IT Service Management framework
