Our Client, a reputable virtual bank is seeking a Trade Finance Officer to support their operation.  This role is essential for processing daily bills transactions and managing trade finance activities.

Responsibilities

• Process new loan applications, including verification of documents and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Manage the onboarding process for Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) accounts, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and verified
• Assist in Loan new product development and existing products & services enhancement to improve customer experience and maintain competitiveness
• Liaise with internal departments and external counterparties and global custodian
• Maintain and improve internal control procedures
• Update regular reports, TU reports, MCRA reports, proposals and presentations
• Site Inspection when required
• Provide support to other teams when needed.
   

Requirements

• Higher diploma or above
• 1-3 years of relevant banking experience in Loan / Credit approval
• Strong communication and and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in written English and Chinese
• Diligently and to keep on enhancing their standard
• Candidate with less experience can be considered for lower positions.
