Job Responsibilities: 

• To develop a comprehensive strategic plans to grow market share, and to maximize sales exposure & business for the Hotel
• Provide market intelligence with analysis to formulate sales strategies
• Identify and proactively solicit business, leverage all available sales channels in an effort to optimize sales revenues resulting in sales incentives
• Direct all day-to-day activities related to sales with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of sales objectives
• Ensure business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery

Requirements

• Degree holder in Hospitality Management, Business Administrations or other related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years related hotel experience in Sales & Marketing Department
• Proficiency in written and spoken English & fluent in Mandarin speaking
• Good communication skills and able to work under pressure
• Good presentation, inter-personal and time-management skills
• Candidates with less experience would be considered as Assistant Director of Sales - Event Booking Center
