Overview

Our client is a well-known conglomerate in Hong Kong and they are seeking a Business Solution Manager to join their team and drive internal operations to new heights through the implementation of cutting-edge technologies and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Transform Internal Operations: Lead initiatives to enhance and streamline internal processes by proposing and implementing new technologies and AI tools.
• Consulting Approach: Act as a key facilitator, providing expert consulting services to various departments to identify and address operational inefficiencies.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with senior business unit leaders and stakeholders to understand their needs and communicate the benefits of proposed technological solutions.
• IT Knowledge: Utilize your strong IT background to ensure seamless integration of new technologies within the existing infrastructure.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with technology vendors to ensure the best solutions are sourced and implemented effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
• 10 years of work experience with 3 years focusing on digital transformation, with a proven track record of successfully implementing new technologies and AI tools
• Strong consulting approach with the ability to work independently and provide actionable insights
• Solid understanding of IT systems and infrastructure
• Demonstrated experience in managing vendor relationships and negotiating service terms
• Excellent communication skills, with experience in engaging and influencing senior business leaders
• Adept at steering and influencing change management efforts to facilitate a successful digital transformation
• Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
