Requirement:

(a) A Hong Kong bachelor's degree or equivalent;

(b) At least three years' post-degree full-time relevant work experience in project administration in education and administrative support in education sectors;

(c) Good command of Chinese and English; met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) Examination or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) or equivalent (See Note);

(d) Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Word (including Chinese input), Microsoft Excel and other common applications such as Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat, etc.; and

(e) Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills, self-motivation and diligence.

(f) Working knowledge of graphic design software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) is preferable.

Duties:

(a) To provide general administrative and logistical support for the newly developed Values Education Curriculum Adapted Framework for students with Intellectual Disabilities (ID), including assisting in preparing documents for the focus group interviews, collating data/comments collected from survey and arranging venue booking and handling enquires from teachers of special schools, etc.;

(b) To provide general administrative and logistical support for the consolidation stage of the newly developed Life Planning Education Curriculum Adapted Framework for students with ID, including assisting in preparing documents for the focus group discussion, collecting and collating views/comments from special schools for preparing the finalised version of the Adapted Framework, etc.; and

(c) To provide general administrative and logistical support for the second phase development after the release of the Curriculum Guide for Special Schools, including assisting in collecting the school practices of the implementation, organising sharing session and typesetting documents/materials.
