Assistant Guest Services Supervisor / Guest Services Officer

Your Role                                       

• Carry out all check-in and check-out services in a professional manner;
• Contribute effort to form team work to ensure highest services standards are being maintained;
• Provide professional services and handle guests’ enquiries & complaints;
• Achieve the high level of guest satisfaction with courteous and friendly manner;
• Overnight shift duty is required.

Your Profile

• Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines;
• 2 years or above relevant experience in hotel industry in a similar capacity is preferred;
• Pleasant, energetic with positive service attitude and excellent interpersonal skills;
• Multi-tasking and work as a team player;
• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese including Putonghua;
• Candidates with less experience or fresh graduate will be considered for the role of Guest Services Officer.
