Focus on retail key accounts businesses, manage sales growth for the assigned key accounts, identify risk and opportunity
Build up and maintain good relationship with prospective and key accounts;
Keep identifying potential new accounts, to prepare and implement appropriate accounts penetration plans
Establish and maintain excellent professional relationships with key account stakeholders
Ensure timely and effective implementation of sales and marketing strategies, responsible for control and evaluation of promotion effectiveness
Work closely with all stakeholders and business partners to plan and organize promotional activities to achieve sales target
Share market trends and intelligence with management and the team
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field
Bachelor's Degree or above, with minimum 3 years’ sales experiences
A good team player, self-motivated and result oriented with strong interpersonal, presentation skills and negotiation skills
