Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Focus on retail key accounts businesses, manage sales growth for the assigned key accounts, identify risk and opportunity
  • Build up and maintain good relationship with prospective and key accounts;
  • Keep identifying potential new accounts, to prepare and implement appropriate accounts penetration plans
  • Establish and maintain excellent professional relationships with key account stakeholders
  • Ensure timely and effective implementation of sales and marketing strategies, responsible for control and evaluation of promotion effectiveness
  • Work closely with all stakeholders and business partners to plan and organize promotional activities to achieve sales target
  • Share market trends and intelligence with management and the team 

 

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • Bachelor's Degree or above, with minimum 3 years’ sales experiences
  • A good team player, self-motivated and result oriented with strong interpersonal, presentation skills and negotiation skills
