The Insurance Product Manager (Specialist) is a key role responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of insurance products, from design and development to marketing and sales. This position requires a deep understanding of the Hong Kong insurance market and the ability to work closely with internal teams and external partners to provide high-quality insurance product services to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Needs Analysis and Insurance Product Solution Design:
Conduct in-depth communication and information collection with clients through various channels such as face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and questionnaires to accurately grasp their insurance needs .
Utilize demand analysis tools to identify potential insurance needs for clients in areas such as life and health insurance based on their specific situations .
Customize insurance solutions for clients using professional insurance planning software according to their actual needs and introduce and promote these solutions to them .
2. Product Research and Presentation:
Conduct thorough research on various insurance products available in the Hong Kong market, attending industry seminars and product launches to stay updated on the latest trends and developments .
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new insurance products that meet market demands and company strategies .
Organize and conduct roadshows and presentations to introduce insurance product solutions to clients, highlighting their features and benefits .
3. Client Relationship Maintenance:
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, entering client information into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and regularly following up on changes in their insurance needs .
Provide professional insurance consulting services, answering clients' questions about insurance products and addressing any complaints or disputes in a timely manner .
4. Market Dynamics Monitoring and Product Updates:
Continuously monitor the dynamics of the Hong Kong insurance market, including the launch of new products and policy changes, through various channels such as subscribing to industry magazines and attending conferences .
Regularly review and update the company's insurance product library to ensure that the products offered are competitive and meet market demands .
5. Internal Team Collaboration and External Institution Communication:
Work closely with member enterprises of the group company and various departments to provide professional insurance product knowledge consultation and support, as well as insurance solution design support .
Communicate and collaborate with external insurance institutions and insurance claims institutions to ensure smooth理赔 processes and provide support such as product clause interpretation .
Provide planning support for family succession within the group, assessing clients' plans and expectations for family succession and providing professional advice and solutions based on their needs .
Qualifications:
1. Education:
Bachelor's degree or above in insurance, finance, or a related field .
2. Experience and Qualifications:
Possess Hong Kong insurance industry qualifications (IIQE Paper 1, 2, 3, 5) and have 2 years or more of working experience in the Hong Kong insurance industry .
Be proficient in Cantonese and English to meet the work requirements of the Hong Kong market .
Have a good knowledge of insurance products and be familiar with the insurance industry and products in Hong Kong .
Possess strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to accurately understand and meet clients' needs .
Have good analytical and problem-solving abilities to quickly match the most suitable insurance products for clients .
Demonstrate good team spirit and be able to effectively collaborate with various departments to provide high-quality services to clients .

为集团内部的家族传承规划提供支持,评估客户对家族传承的规划和期望,并根据客户需求提供专业建议和解决方案。
任职资格:
1. 教育背景:
本科及以上学历,保险、金融或相关专业优先。
2. 工作经验和资格:
具备香港保险行业资格(IIQE Paper 1, 2, 3, 5),并有2年以上香港保险行业工作经验。
粤语和英语流利,以满足香港市场的工作需求。
对保险产品有良好的知识,熟悉香港的保险行业和保险产品。
