Our client is a leading real estate group and  currently looking for a Assistant General Manager who will be responsible for the asset management function, planning and executing asset management strategies for company portfolio

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and handle overall asset management initiatives, responsible for planning and executing asset management strategies for company portfolio
• Conduct financial analysis and reporting, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Coordinate with internal departments in acquisition of new properties , including layout planning, tenants' fitting-out and refurbishment/ revamping works.  
• Responsible for planning and executing asset management strategies for company portfolio

Job requirements

• Degree or above in Real Estate / Surveying or related disciplines
• At least 10 years relevant experience in asset or property management, in the real estate industry in HK.
• Familiar with landlord / tenancy ordinance and leasing procedures
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency user in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
