Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities within the banking and finance industry. This role requires a proactive individual with a proven track record in ICT services sales, exceptional relationship-building skills, and the ability to engage with C-level executives.

 

Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development: Actively hunt for new business opportunities within the banking and finance sector, focusing on ICT services.
C-Level Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify potential opportunities.
Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a robust sales pipeline.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and technical teams, to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.

 

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in ICT services sales, preferably within the banking and finance sector.
Language Skills: Fluency in Chinese Mandarin is essential to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
Sales Skills: Strong hunter mentality with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives.
Self-Driven: Highly motivated, aggressive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of ICT services and their applications in the banking and finance industry.
