Duties:

• Handle import / export shipment;
• Coordinate shipment with Customer, Origin team and Agent;
• Updating shipment status to Customer and Agent;
• Work independently and make sure the shipment going smoothly & on time;
• Handle customer inquiries and service requests in a good manner.
   

Requirements:

• Min two to three years working experience in sea freight operation;
• Good communication in English and Mandarin;
• Immediate available is preferred.
