Assist in formulating and executing client engagement strategies and programs
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with premier/potential customers
Analyze customer inquiries to identify and resolve issues effectively
Provide product-related guidance based on client needs via outbound calls
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and processes
Prepare and review reports on customer engagement activities
Perform any additional ad-hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent qualification
1 year of relevant experience in a call center or telemarketing environment is preferred
Strong communication, listening and interpersonal skills
Professional fluency in English, any other European or South Asia languages will be an advantage
Availability to work Mon to Fri, 4 hours per day, shift at PM or Evening
Fresh graduates are welcome
