Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' CS related experience
Passionate team player who is considerate, proactive, with good services attitude and sound communication skills
With knowledge of investment related products will be an advantage, but NOT a must
Good command of English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
Good written communication skills
