Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a warm and caring customer experience journey to our customers
  • Handle incoming customer service inquiries and provide immediate customer support through various online/offline channels such as instant chat, email, text messaging, phone calls and F2F counter service
  • Build an emotional connection with customer and concern with one-to-one customer interaction and engagement
  • Collaborate with internal departments to deliver excellent service quality beyond customer expectations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' CS related experience
  • Passionate team player who is considerate, proactive, with good services attitude and sound communication skills
  • With knowledge of investment related products will be an advantage, but NOT a must
  • Good command of English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
  • Good written communication skills
