Job Specifications :
 

• Handle and distribute incoming enquiries to the sales and customer services team.
• Manage sales order processing, which involves order entry, invoicing, and maintaining accurate records.
• Coordinate delivery arrangements and ensure timely follow-up on payments.
• Provide sales and marketing support, including printing marketing materials, handling events & course program enquiries, and arranging demo goods activities.
• Participate in events & course programs, assist in booth setup, and manage logistics arrangements.
• Provide clerical support to the Sales and Services teams, including tasks such as data entry, mailing, scanning, and filing.
• Execute any ad-hoc tasks as assigned. 

Requirements :
 

• Diploma or above
• At least 10 years relevant working experience in Sales/Marketing field is an advantage
• Good telephone manner, friendly and cheerful 
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
• Fluent in Cantonese, fair in both speaking and writing English and Mandarin. 
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, and general computer skills.
• Experience in service or maintenance operations is an advantage
