Provide administrative support in the IT hardware sales admin team in order to achieve monthly delivery targets
Work closely with the respective sales
Timely check the delivery schedule with the clients as well as our logistic department to ensure the stocks and space of warehouse can cater the business' needs
Ensure all the relevant documents are received for licensing
Check and verify the sales contract information
Compile daily & monthly report for management review
Ensure all documents are filed properly and fulfill audit requirements
Any other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor
Job Requirements:
High Diploma or above
Candidates with at least 2 years experience in sales administration
Detail minded and outgoing, with good communication & interpersonal skills
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua and Cantonese
Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
