Job Description:

  • Provide administrative support in the IT hardware sales admin team in order to achieve monthly delivery targets 
  • Work closely with the respective sales  
  • Timely check the delivery schedule with the clients as well as our logistic department to ensure the stocks and space of warehouse can cater the business' needs  
  • Ensure all the relevant documents are received for licensing  
  • Check and verify the sales contract information  
  • Compile daily & monthly report for management review  
  • Ensure all documents are filed properly and fulfill audit requirements  
  • Any other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor   


Job Requirements:

  • High Diploma or above 
  • Candidates with at least 2 years experience in sales administration  
  • Detail minded and outgoing, with good communication & interpersonal skills  
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua and Cantonese 
  • Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
