Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance policies and procedures
Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and resolve quality issues.
Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality-related concerns and implement corrective actions
Assist in the maintenance of quality documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and quality records
Participate in internal and external quality audits
Support the training and development of employees on quality-related topics
Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirements:
Tertiary education in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Assurance, Engineering, Science)
Previous experience in a quality assurance role is preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
Knowledge of quality management systems and tools
Familiarity with relevant quality standards and regulations (e.g., ISO)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Proficient in computer applications including Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
