Looking for a accounting manager whom works with Company’s Chairlady closely on financial and company management of a concise and high quality team. Job Description
Handle daily accounting tasks and management in relation to sales and operation activities, daily accounting closing, month-end closing and year-end closing, to ensure timely and accurate financial and account recording and subsequent actions
Preparation of regular (monthly, daily and annual) management reports, analyses, forecast and budget reports to Identify variances (e.g expenses exceeding budget) to enable corrective actions and optimise strategic planning
Liaise with auditors for the audit process
Manage foreign exchange transactions, monitor cash flow, process payments
Liaise with bankers and utilise products bank offers for management of cash and balance
Liaise with lawyers and review contracts/documents to ensure compliance with business needs
Ensure compliance to Company’s policies and internal control requirements
Responsible for assisting Chairlady with management related planning, execution and valuation
Office management related
Management related projects from time to time
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance
Prior audit experience is a strong advantage
Min 8-10 years’ accounting experience, preferably in retail sectors is an advantage
Proven ability/previous experience in high level of analytical and communication skills, proactive self work management, passion for continuous learning and positions that required strong sense of responsibilities
Proven ability/previous experience to collaborate across departments and coordinate with colleagues in other offices and China mainland offices/colleague
Proficiency in MS Office
Prior experience in audit, SAP, Wecom/DingDing is highly preferred
Good command in written and spoken English and basic fluency in Mandarin communication
Availability by 24th of March is highly preferred
