About the Role
As a Community Operations Associate, you’ll be at the heart of Evercare’s mission, ensuring seamless support for our caregivers and driving initiatives that elevate their experience. This isn’t just an operations role—it’s an opportunity to innovate, problem-solve, and directly impact how thousands of caregivers deliver life-changing care.

What You’ll Do

Drive Engagement & Efficiency

• Master Communication: Manage daily WhatsApp/Slack requests, craft messaging updates, and send in-app alerts (think job alerts, promotions, and policy changes).
• Turn Data Into Action: Transform raw analytics into actionable insights—track MAU growth, workshop sign-ups, and campaign performance like a pro.
• Build Smarter Systems: Simplify chatbot workflows, update SOPs, ensure caregivers always have the latest resources at their fingertips.
• Lead Behind-the-Scenes Wins: Host online caregiver workshops, own monthly newsletters to keep our caregivers informed and inspired.

Innovate & Iterate

• Test chatbot automations and help redesign onboarding flows—your ideas could launch in weeks, not years.
• Collaborate on Everdeals campaigns, blending creativity with data to boost caregivers perks and retention.
