This is a fixed-term contract position of minimum 2 years with possibility for renewal subject to organization need and individual performance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Assistant Manager, IT to manage revenue-based telecom service contracts
• Liaise with the Telecom business partners, internal users and technical teams to monitor projects and telecom services are implemented in accordance with the goals and service standard
• Administer the Business Partner Self Service (BPSS) Portal to facilitate Telecom related requests, including function and process design for ease of use by external partners and internal users
• Handle the day-to-day Telecom Service requests and queries raised by business partners. Prepare requests for review and approval, and dispatch the requests in accordance with the defined workflow, guidelines and procedures
• Prepare telecom service invoices, payment process and financial reports for internal reporting.Work independently to manage payment related documents and services subscription contracts of business partners as well as contractors

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in telecom industry, service subscription and contract administration
• Demonstrable stakeholder management
• Experience in customer service and helpdesk experience
• Self-motivated, hard-working and attentive to details
• Good problem solving and negotiation skills and high level of integrity and sense of accountability
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
• Proficient in MS Office applications
