What Will You Need :
Convert leads to happy customers through good communication, continuous follow-ups with a positive and helpful attitude.
Improve and optimize the prospecting and closing process with the team.
Participate in regular offline events i.e. seminars and workshops to demonstrate our product to potential merchants.
Responsible for public speaking in offline events.
Follow up on renewal, trial and new users on their customer journey.
Conduct face-to-face meeting with potential merchants if necessary.
Reach out potential merchants through outbound messages and calls
Drive innovative ideas to reach out new potential users
Work with consulting team to meet HK monthly sales target
Collaborate with cross-border Taiwan team in driving sales insights
What We Are Looking For :
2+ years relevant experience preferably in E-commerce/Sales field
University degree is a must.
Quick learner, curious and passionate about learnings and e-commerce
Good command of spoken and written Chinese, English and Mandarin
Self-motivated and drive to achieve sales goals
Good public speaking skills will be a big plus
Organized and good time management skills
Adapt to CRM tools ie. Salesforce and Intercom
