Responsibilities  :-

• Assist the Branch Manager in supervising the Loan Team and oversee the operations such as loan application and operation processing, documentation review and checking, drawdown, disbursement, redemption and repayment, etc. 
• Liaise with other department teams to achieve job targets.
• Review and update the related policies to ensure all relevant regulatory requirements and Company policies are strictly adhered to in the daily operation of the department. 
• Handle legal action of delinquent mortgage loan accounts. 
• Prepare management reports.  

Requirements :-

• Degree / Diploma holders or above 
• At least 5 years of working experience in loan operations, with supervisory roles
• Strong knowledge to handling the loan application 
• Be able to handle full set of conveyancing files
• Good communication in both Chinese and English 
• Good computer skills, especially MS Office 
• Strong interpersonal skill, independent and result-oriented
