Personal Assistant (exp in handling personal matters / 28K)
Our client is now seeking for high caliber candidate to fill up the following position:
Job Description:
Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the Executive Director and family including but not limited to business and personal matters
Responsible for arranging and coordination schedules, including meetings arrangement, itineraries, personal matters and travel logistics, etc.
Assist in the coordination and organization of personal and professional events, including family gatherings, social engagements, and business functions.
Assist in managing household-related tasks, such as overseeing household staff, managing household budgets, and coordinating home maintenance and repairs.
Communicate with domestic helpers and the driver.
Oversee children's schedules including school-related and extra-curricular activities, liaise with teachers and coaches.
Assist with personal errands and tasks, such as shopping, gift selection, and other personal requests.
Requirements:
Diploma or above
Minimum 5 years experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Independent, positive working attitude, strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure.
Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
