Job Highlights

Responsibilities:

  • Support investment managers throughout the whole investment life cycle (i.e., Sourcing, execution, as well as post-investment management) on transactions covering diverse asset class (i.e., traded securities, mezzanine financing, secondary private equity, and NLPs)
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis for equity, debt, and various structured transactions to assess potential investment opportunities
  • Evaluate investment prospects, including analyzing financial statements, assessing creditworthiness, and conducting due diligence on potential investments.
  • Prepare detailed investment reports, presentations, and other documentation to effectively communicate investment recommendations
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to enhance investment strategies
  • Provide comprehensive support for fund management activities, encompassing various responsibilities such as marketing, handling client data, and addressing information requests.


Qualification:

  • University graduate with knowledge in accounting & corporate finance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint. Basic knowledge in VBA will be advantageous
  • Demonstrate fervent enthusiasm for the investment and fund management industry, as well as deep industry curiosity for business and current affairs
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to perform in-depth financial analysis and due diligence
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex investment concepts effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
