THE COMPANY  

We are a surface finishing technology provider to major consumer electronics brands and manufacturers, supplying over 200 chemical products across China and South East Asia. The core business of the group includes chemical process development and maintenance for materials fabrications, including aluminum anodizing and functional plating across different materials in the applications of appearance and function, covering industries such as electronics, new energy, healthcare and semiconductors. 

THE ROLE  
Report to the Executive Director, you will be responsible for:   

• Liaising and preparing meeting schedule with internal stakeholders
• Handling correspondence and manage RSVP with external parties
• Organising documents and manage filings across all workflow 
• Managing and executing office expenses and reimbursements 
• Managing personal errands for family members 

THE REQUIREMENTS  

• Over 3 year’s relevant experience
• Mature, self-motivated and adhere to confidentiality practice 
• Verbal fluency in English and Putonghua
• Experience in the manufacturing industry
