Perform communications functions especially in assisting content development via offline and online platforms.
Organize and provide logistic support to communication activities / events both internally and externally.
Provide administrative support to specific project teams and be responsible for the coordination of internal and external parties.
Develop creative ways to actively engage employees and connect them to the companies.
Assist in planning, budgeting and implementing the employee engagement activities.
Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Job Requirement :
Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Corporate Communications or related discipline.
At least 2 years’ relevant working experience.
Proficient in PC applications such as Microsoft Office, preferably with knowledge in design software.
Good knowledge in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with experience in video production and editing will be an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in spoken and written English & Chinese.
Self-driven, creative and well-organized.
