• Lead a  small team

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, and industry partners across the region.
• Set sales targets and KPIs, track performance, and report on results to senior management.
• Work closely with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
• Oversee sales budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI

Requirements:   

• Experience in Beauty apparatus, B2B & trading industry is important
• At least 10 year of experience in beauty industry  
• Familiar in beauty equipment and machines 
• Strategic, good communication skills
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Putonghua
