Job Responsibilities:

•  Responsible for providing account servicing to clients to ensure their requirements are fulfilled with high satisfaction;
• Maintain the integrity of ERP system on inventory, data, accounts and invoicing;
• Manage key customers on a day to day basis to resolve any business-related issues that may arise;
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure excellent results.

Requirement:

• Diploma holder in Business Administration, Logistics or related discipline;
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience, preferred in logistics industry;
• Independent with strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, sensitive to figures and meet tight deadlines;
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Proficiency in MS Office application, including Chinese word processing;
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
