Job Descriptions

• Perform user support including PC hardware & software installation, configuration, and technical support.
• Be responsible for applications support. (e.g., applications setup, maintenance and implementation, etc.)
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Higher Certificate in Information Technology or related subject
• Experience in IT support is desirable
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• With experience in network devices setup, PC/Server hardware and software application support.
• Fresh certificate graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome
• Good team player, proactive, self-motivated, mature, independent, and willing to learn
• High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Training will be provided
• Immediate availability is a plus
