Maxson Network Limited specializes in design and development of media solutions including professional video broadcast, digital signage, interactive and mobile solutions for corporate customers in industries such as advertising, entertainment, banking and finance, retail, property management, transportation, and video broadcasting. We are looking for creative and high calibre individuals with the following qualifications to join our team. 

Responsibilities:  

• Part of the Technical Support & Maintenance Team.
• Daily maintenance of IT equipment / hardware & software installation.
• Provides production on-site support and technical support for hardware, software, network and operating systems.
• Work closely with internal staff and external customers for the support of routine operations.
• Participates in projects implementation on broadcasting, control room and LCD/LED display systems. 
• Create and maintain technical documentations.

Requirements:  

• High Diploma or above in Computer studies / Information Technology or related engineering discipline.
• Solid experience in Microsoft Windows platform, Windows Servers, Active directory & Domain Controller.
• Solid experience in network protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS.
• Experience with installing, configuration, troubleshooting and test-driven implementation.
• Good communication skills and good team player.
• Responsible, proactive, willing to learn, flexible and willing to work overtime.
• Occasionally travel is required such as mainland China. 
• Less experience will be considered as IT Technician.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
