About the Company

Our client is a renowned and well-establised developer in Hong Kong for large-scale residential & building projects. They are now looking for a (Senior) QS Manager to join their team to manage residential project in HK.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full QS duty of pre & post contract stage such as cost planning, budget control, tender analysis, procurement management, cost management, VO assessment, final account and the associated reporting duties of building projects.
• Lead & supervise entire procurement process including tendering, recommendation and contract award.
• Work closely with various in-house project teams for all project related activities and achieving project milestones set by the Group. 
• Manage and supervise the performance of works carried out by QS consultancy as well as monitoring contractor's performance in terms of cost and contracts. 

Requirements:

• Degree or ablove in Quantity Surveying or relevant discipline.
• Holder of professional qualifications in HKIS / RICS.
• At least 15+ years solid QS Experience in building construction industry -  experiences in client-side is an advantage.
• Candidates with comprehensive project experience from Consultancy is also preferred.
• Excellent in Pre & Post contract under project development for building works, especially in A&A and new build projects in Hong Kong.
• Strong in stakeholders management. 
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
