We, specializing in wireless technology for various automation products, are now seeking for candidates with solid experience to take up the role as Manufacturing Director stationing at Vietnam factory.

Responsibilities:

* Manage all divisions in factory 

*Ensure all operations in factory are smooth and most cost effective 

*Recruit, train, supervise staff and improve operational management systems, processes and best practices 

*Manage materials procurement & planning, inventory, shipping and warehouse efficiency

*Work cost reduction with Purchasing, Engineering and Shipping teams 

*Perform quality controls and monitor production KPI

*Examine customs and financial data, manage budgets and forecasts 

Requirements:

• University graduate, preferably in Manufacturing Management / Industrial Engineering for Electronics.
• At least 10 year of solid experience in electronics field of which 5 years on Management level
• Strong leadership, planning, analytical skills and time management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication  skills
• Station in Vietnam,  travelling is required 
•  Fluent written and spoken in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
•  Familiar of SAP, ERP and proficient in MS Office
