Job Description:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist / Designer, you will be responsible for creating eye-catching visual content for our social media platforms and executing digital marketing strategies. You will play a crucial role in attracting and engaging potential leads. You will work alongside our management board to develop creative strategies that enhance our brand presence and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality visual content for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn).
• Collaborate with the Marketing Executive to develop and execute creative campaigns for lead generation.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and design.
• Ensure consistency in branding across all visual content.
• Analyze engagement metrics to refine and improve design and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital marketing and graphic design, particularly for social media.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AfterEffect) or similar tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in digital marketing and social media design.
• Excellent understanding of social media platforms and their design requirements.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and strong visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediately available is preferred
