We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team for a new product launching in 2025. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our new personal care product across retail outlets and online platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of market trends, exceptional creativity, and a proven track record of success in retail product marketing.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth
  • Manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including retail outlets, e-commerce platforms, and social media
  • Prepare business presentations, conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences
  • Collaborate with product development and sales teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to optimize in-store promotions and visibility
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, such as advertisements, brochures, and digital content
  • Analyse campaign performance metrics and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize return on investment
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related disciplines
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing retail products
  • Proven expertise in both online and offline marketing channels, ensuring seamless integration between e-commerce and retail strategies
  • Good relationship builder as well as self-motivated achiever, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies
  • Creative mindset with a strong sense of market trends and consumer behaviour
  • Experience working in a start-up company and adapting to a fast-paced, dynamic environment is strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems
  • Fluency in both English and Chinese
