Manage services procurement, administrative works, and facilities management activities.
Source quotations for goods/services and follow through with purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
Handle general contract arrangements and facilities management service requirements.
Manage and ensure the accuracy of the company’s supplier database.
Provide administrative support to the company and undertake ad hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
Degree holder or above.
At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in procurement coordination, support, and administration.
Related working experience in the IT industry would be an advantage.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
Proficient in MS Office.
Good communication skills, well-organized, and a fast learner.
Immediate availability or short notice will be an advantage.
