Responsibilities:  

  • Manage services procurement, administrative works, and facilities management activities. 
  • Source quotations for goods/services and follow through with purchase orders to ensure timely delivery. 
  • Handle general contract arrangements and facilities management service requirements. 
  • Manage and ensure the accuracy of the company’s supplier database. 
  • Provide administrative support to the company and undertake ad hoc tasks as required. 

Requirements:  

  • Degree holder or above. 
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in procurement coordination, support, and administration. 
  • Related working experience in the IT industry would be an advantage. 
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work. 
  • Proficient in MS Office. 
  • Good communication skills, well-organized, and a fast learner. 
  • Immediate availability or short notice will be an advantage.
