We run an entrepreneurial-minded private equity fundraising platform. We currently have over 70 front-end sales associates located in Hong Kong, Singapore, Korea, Japan, and Thailand.

We are seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to manage and execute mini business conferences across Japan and Korea, with a broader focus on APAC. The ideal candidate has a strong background in corporate events for General Partners (GPs) and understands the business culture in Japan and Korea.

Responsibilities :

• Plan and execute mini business conferences across APAC, with a heavy focus on Japan & Korea
• The role involves end-to-end event planning, including venue selection, manage logistics, budgets, vendor negotiations, and event execution
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless events
• Handle guest management, including invitations, RSVPs, and on-site experience
• Ensure events align with company objectives and branding

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in corporate event planning
• Expertise in managing business conferences for GPs
• Strong knowledge of Japan and Korea’s business culture and event landscape
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Japanese or Korean is a plus
• Ability to travel within the APAC region as needed
